Exhibitor profile

INSOURCE 2008 offers a unique presentation opportunity to all companies in the field of online information services, electronic publishing, electronic data processing and other software and hardware services aimed at the corporate sector, government agencies and academic institutions.

Who will attend?

Our delagates will be risk managers, marketing specialists, business researchers, knowledge management professionals, content managers and information specialists.

We expect between 150 to 200 participants from the Czech Republic, Slovak Republic and Europe, but also from the international comunity.

Which options are available?

Exhibition space

INSOURCE conference provides companies with excellent opportunities to market products and services and network with existing and potential customers. The exhibition will open on the first day of the conference on Tuesday 5 February and close after the afternoon coffee break on Thursday 6 February. The exhibition area is located in the foyer and in the Vienna I and II meeting rooms.

Each exhibitor has a dressed table and two chairs. Power and internet access is available at each table.

Case-study presentation during the conference sessions

You also have the option of delivering substantive, case-oriented presentation (20-25 minutes) that relates to your products and service during one of the conference sessions. Presentations must be submitted in electronic form (registration includes title and a short abstract) by September, 2007.

Advertisement in the conference programme

1/2 page ad in conference program. The dimensions are 190 x 128 mm (WxH - i.e. „landscape) and it can be in full colour. Advertisement should be delivered by December 10th, 2007. Printed conference Programme is included in conference materials for every participant.

Insertion of flyers or other materials in the conference satchels

You can reach with your product offer every participant! Companies wishing to include their product literature (A4 format, not more than 3 sheets) in the portfolio given to each delegate may do so. Material should be shipped to Albertina office for arrival no later than January 25, 2008.

Your logo in the Auditorium

Your company logo could be displayed in the main Auditorium. The max. dimensions are 70 x 70 cm.
